Two Shores Health ("we," "us") is a medical travel coordinator based in Türkiye, connecting international patients with accredited partner clinics in Istanbul and Antalya for dental, cosmetic surgery, and hair restoration treatment.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, phone number, and any details or photos you share with us when you message us on WhatsApp.
Automatically collected data: if you accept cookies, we use analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta) to understand site traffic and ad performance. This may include your approximate location, device type, and pages visited.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a treatment plan and quote.
To coordinate your treatment and travel with our partner clinics, with your consent.
To measure and improve our advertising and site performance (only if you accept cookies).

We do not sell your information. We do not use health-related details for ad targeting or retargeting.

Who we share it with

Our partner clinics in Istanbul and Antalya, only as needed to prepare your treatment plan, and only with your consent.
Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), only in aggregate/technical form (e.g. "a WhatsApp button was clicked"), never your medical details, and only if you accept cookies.

Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner. Nothing beyond strictly necessary site function loads until you click "Accept." You can decline, and can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you proceed, to coordinate your care — and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless required by law.
